We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process, handled with care and attention.

Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping.

Please note for international orders, returns are not accepted due to customs duty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@uniqueantiquejewelry.com with your order number and details. We will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will do our best to provide the same piece or a suitable alternative. Exchanges are subject to availability. For custom or resized pieces, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost, ensuring your piece reaches you in perfect condition.
