We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process, handled with care and attention.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition, Personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and items must be sent back under the same conditions as received, securely packaged and fully insured, using the same transport company.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will do our best to provide the same piece or a suitable alternative. Exchanges are subject to availability. For custom or resized pieces, please contact us directly to discuss options.
