A vintage toi et moi ring from circa 1980 in 18k gold set with two natural unheated sapphires, one yellow, one blue, cushion cut, set side by side.
Each sapphire weighs approximately 4 carats, both are certified no-heat by laboratory testing. The two sapphires are flanked by six trapeze-cut diamonds of approximately 0.70 carats total weight, estimated D/E color and VS clarity.
